Is delivery really the same day?

Yes. Same-day delivery is the heart of Laundry League. You choose a pickup slot when you book, and your laundry comes back to your door the same day.

Do I pay extra for pickup and delivery?

No. Pickup and delivery are included in the price. The price you see in the app is for the wash, with no separate delivery fee.

Is the app free?

Installing it is free. You pay for each wash at the price shown in the app, or play free with a monthly plan.

How do I pay?

Pay with M-PESA from your phone when you book, or choose pay on delivery.

Why does Android warn me before installing?

Laundry League isn't on Google Play yet, and Android shows a standard warning for any app that comes from a website. The download is a single file you can check against the fingerprint in the install steps. If you'd rather not install a file, you can add the web app to your home screen from Chrome instead.

Is there an iPhone version?

Yes, as a web app. Open Laundry League in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full-screen like an app.

How is my price worked out?

Each kind of clothing has an estimated weight, so the app turns your list into kilograms and a price. We weigh your bag when we collect it. If it's within 10% of your estimate the price stays the same. If it's further off, the price follows the real weight and we tell you. Pickup and delivery are always included.

Do I need internet to use the app?

Yes. The app opens the live Laundry League, so you need a connection to book and track orders.

How do I get updates?

New features appear automatically, because the app opens the live Laundry League. If we release a new app file, download it again from this page and install it over the old one.
